Marvell's Enterprise Resilience Program prepares the organization to prepare for, identify, adapt, withstand and recover rapidly from business disruptions. The Program includes key components such as crisis management, business continuity, and disaster recovery for Marvell's global business. Plans and strategies are developed to address risks and support a coordinated response and recovery to a wide variety of threats, including cyber, geopolitical, and natural disasters.
Joining Marvell as the Enterprise Resilience Program Disaster Recovery Management (DRM) Lead, you will serve as the expert for disaster recovery, providing process ownership and thought leadership as you work with diverse stakeholders on a regular basis. At Marvell, enterprise resilience incorporates all asset types meaning disaster recovery is applied to business technology (systems/platforms/applications) as well as locations and networks. You will bring your passion for improving and protecting a global enterprise and leverage your strong background in business impact analysis, business continuity and disaster recovery management across diverse geographies, technical footprints, and operational needs to ensure Marvell is able to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive events.
What You Can Expect
- Responsibility for Disaster Recovery Plan Development; working with business and technology stakeholders to create, maintain, and update disaster recovery plans.
- Enable enterprise risk management through the identification of critical business functions, dependencies, and potential threats by supporting Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with operational groups to test and train on disaster recovery through organizing drills, training sessions, and simulation exercises.
- Collaborate with IT, cyber, facilities, engineering, and business management to integrate DRM into company culture.
- Ensure plans align with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Assist in the development and execution of crisis response plans, ensuring alignment with disaster recovery strategies.
- Drive analysis and reporting for organizational resilience scorecards and resilience reporting.
- Stay informed on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging threats related to disaster recovery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of the organization's enterprise resilience capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information security, or related discipline; will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience working in resilience in an enterprise environment.
- Understanding of risks, threats, and vulnerabilities that may impact business operations.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Experience developing and implementing business continuity and disaster recovery planning, preferably in a semiconductor or technology company.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in semiconductor, hardware, embedded systems, or complex platform environments.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CBCP, or equivalent certifications.
- Proven history of delivering reliable and scalable solutions for resilience and protection of critical assets and processes.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to define resilience related metrics and measurements to demonstrate risk-mitigation and organizational posture improvement over time.
