Job Title: Director-Tutor Community Operations

Location: Gurgaon (Strictly Work from Office)

Experience: 15+ years

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Director-Tutor Community Operations to lead and optimize tutor community operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, process-driven thinking, and the ability to handle large-scale tutor operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in ed-tech and a track record of building operational processes from scratch

Key Responsibilities:

Tutor Community Operations Management:

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end tutor community operations.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline operations.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, engagement, and retention of tutors.

Data & Analytics::

  • Strong analytical approach to measure and improve community operations.
  • Handle large-scale data sets to derive actionable insights.
  • Monitor key operational metrics and continuously optimize process

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with a large number of tutor.
  • Ensure effective internal and external communication for tutor operations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve tutor experience.

Team Leadership & Process Building:

  • Lead and mentor a team to drive operational efficiency.
  • Create scalable processes from scratch and drive operational excellency.

Technology & Tools

  • Hands-on experience with CRM and LSQ tools for managing tutor interactions and performance tracing.
  • Strong proficiency in data-driven decision-making using technology platforms.
  • Experience with data and product development, including SQL, coding, and queries to optimize tutor operations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in ed-tech or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in community operations, process management, and data analysis.
  • Strong operational excellence with the ability to create and optimize workflows.
  • Experience managing large tutor communities and ensuring high engagement.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to handle large-scale interactions.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and LSQ tools for efficient operations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis (SQL and queryies ) and product development.
