Director - Strategy

Position Overview:

As the Director Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the course of SME growth trajectory. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, you will spearhead strategic initiatives related to all aspects of SME business including B2C/B2B/XB/CS. This high-visibility role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a hunger for learning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead all strategic initiatives for the SME business and manage a team of program managers for end-to-end execution

- Collaborate with key stakeholders across Product/Marketing/SalesOps/Operations to achieve business objectives via dedicated projects

- Drive growth in volumes and SME client count for new onboardings and startups across Parcel/PTL and Cross-border

- Increase top of the funnel for acquisition and collaborate with SalesOps to ensure continuous improvement in the sales process

- Define KPIs to further enhance client experience and how Delhivery can further consolidate it's position as the leading Third-party logistics Service provider

- Enhance Profitability via VAS and cross-selling Heavy and PTL/Cross-border to existing E- commerce clients

Qualifications:

- Experience in a Strategy/Consulting role for 4-6 years

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

- Proficient in advanced Excel and Google Sheets

- Basic knowledge of SQL

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

- A demonstrated passion for learning and innovation, with a proactive mindset towards skill development.

- Preference for candidates from premier institutes such as IITs/IIMs, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
