Job Description
- Lead and scale multi-disciplinary software engineering teams delivering regulated, high-quality products from concept through post-launch support

- Drive compliant software development practices aligned with global medical standards and cybersecurity expectations
- Partner closely with product, systems, quality, and operations teams to deliver complex, integrated software solutions

- Extensive experience delivering regulated software for medical devices or healthcare platforms
- Proven leadership of large, multi-site software engineering teams in complex environments
- Strong background across embedded systems, application software, and cloud technologies
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity, quality systems, and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale programs with measurable delivery and quality outcomes
