Director, ServiceNow Consultant

The Edge Partnership is working with a global organisation to appoint a Director, Consultant ServiceNow to lead the growth of its ServiceNow consulting and services capability. This is a senior, client-facing role combining ServiceNow expertise, consulting, solutioning and business development and an opportunity to play a significant role in shaping and scaling a ServiceNow business and its market proposition.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Define and execute the growth strategy for the ServiceNow practice, developing propositions, solutions and accelerators.
• Drive business development and client acquisition across ServiceNow consulting and transformation services.
• Build senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow strategy and transformation.
• Develop strategic technology partner relationships and identify new routes to market.
• Lead and scale the ServiceNow organisation, developing senior talent and supporting high-performing delivery teams.
• Provide strategic oversight of major ServiceNow transformation programmes and associated capabilities.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• 20+ years experience across technology consulting, digital transformation, IT services or enterprise technology.
• 10+ years experience in ServiceNow consulting, transformation or practice leadership.
• Strong ServiceNow implementation and solutioning experience, with the ability to translate technology into business outcomes.
• A proven track record of building or growing ServiceNow services and winning new business.
• Experience operating with senior enterprise clients in a consulting or advisory capacity.
• Experience leading large teams and complex transformation programmes.
• Strong executive communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
