Job Position : Sr Manager / Director - Vendor Development

Working Days : 6

Responsibilities:

Build and lead supplier strategy with regional managers

Grow supplier networks in new regions and strengthen existing ones

Negotiate better pricing and improve cost structures

Collaborate with tech and product teams to build smarter tools

Co-create long-term transport plans with business and client teams

Increase adoption of our Axle App for real-time bidding and visibility

Track performance and drive continuous improvements

Create scalable, efficient processes across the board

Lead and grow a high-performing supplier management team

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience

Strong in Program management, can handle multiple projects at once

A strong commercial mindset with hands-on problem-solving skills

Proven ability to manage supplier networks and drive operational excellence

Great communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Data-savvy and comfortable working with tools and analytics
