Job Description

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of 150+ direct reports comprising development and testing resources
  • Establish and maintain high-performance team culture and engagement
  • Facilitate professional development and career growth opportunities
  • Ensure optimal resource utilization and team productivity across healthcare domain engagementsProgram & Project Governance
  • Oversee program and project governance frameworks and organizational standards
  • Ensure compliance with delivery methodologies and organizational policies
  • Implement governance structures promoting transparency, accountability, and risk mitigation
  • Monitor and report on program health and delivery metricsScope, Schedule & Cost Management
  • Own end-to-end project management including scope definition and baseline setting
  • Manage change control processes and impact assessments
  • Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial performance
  • Deliver projects within approved budgets while maintaining quality standards
  • Balance competing priorities across multiple concurrent engagementsStakeholder & Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as primary stakeholder interface for healthcare clients
  • Ensure clear communication and expectation alignment with clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and cross-functional partners

  • Mentor and develop delivery managers and technical leads Required QualificationsExperience & Background:
  • Minimum 12-15 years of IT services delivery experience
  • At least 5+ years in healthcare domain delivery
  • Proven track record managing 150+ member teams directly
  • Strong experience scaling teams and building delivery organizations
  • Experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously Leadership & Management
  • Demonstrated excellence in team leadership and talent development
  • Strong ability to motivate and retain high-performing teams
  • Experience managing teams in matrixed and distributed environments
  • Proven ability to develop future leaders and succession planningCore Competencies
