About the Role We are looking for a strategic leader to serve as the Director of Sales Operations (Sales Strategy) for the C2TReDS entity. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between high-level sales strategy and operational execution. You will manage a team of 57 professionals, overseeing revenue health, defining scalable processes, and ensuring that our sales engine runs with 0% error and maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Partner with leadership to define the annual sales roadmap and execute strategies that directly impact C2TReDS revenue goals.
- Process Engineering: Design and implement end-to-end sales workflowsfrom lead management to successful supplier onboardingensuring compliance with RBI and TReDS guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 57 members, fostering a culture of accountability, data-backed decision-making, and continuous improvement.
- Sales Enablement & Tech Stack: Optimize the use of CRM (Salesforce) and AI tools to provide real-time visibility into the sales funnel, forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the central node between Sales, Credit, Compliance, and Tech teams to remove bottlenecks in the KYB/KYC journey and customer lifecycle.
- Governance & Performance Tracking: Establish robust KPIs and governance frameworks to monitor sales productivity, conversion ratios, and operational discipline.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal leadership and external regulatory bodies to ensure operational alignment and risk mitigation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 1012 years of proven success in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or Management Consulting within the Fintech or B2B SaaS space.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing and scaling mid-sized teams (5+ members).
- Subject Matter Expertise: Deep understanding of Working Capital, Trade Finance, or TReDS ecosystems is highly preferred.
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in data visualization and sales forecasting; ability to translate complex data into actionable sales strategies.
- Educational Background: MBA from a premier institute or an equivalent professional degree.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead cross-departmental initiatives.
