Location: Mumbai | Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader with deep BFSI and Fintech expertise to drive enterprise growth across banking, lending, insurance, and financial technology organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the BFSI enterprise sales strategy
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team
  • Own revenue targets and manage CXO-level relationships
  • Lead negotiations and close complex enterprise deals

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a strong BFSI focus
  • Proven success in closing large, complex deals
  • Strong understanding of financial workflows, risk, and compliance
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
