The Altudo Product Division(Rainmakers): Altudo Rainmakers is a hyper-focused, high-growth team within Altudo which works closely with leading Martech and digital workplace B2B SaaS decacorns and unicorns, soonicorns and disruptive startups. This division serves as an APAC, Middle East and North American partner to the likes of Similarweb, GWI, Zendesk, Salesforce, and Sprout Social, amongst others, serving over 300+ customers, including some of the most recognizable brand names in each region. Altudo Rainmakers is a high-performance team that has clocked 96% YoY growth and seeks to blitzits growth in the coming year. This opportunity is for that high achieving individual who will be responsible for the next phase of Altudo's growth by driving business and strategic account growth. He/She will run a Hi-potential sales team that sells over 2/3 unicorn SAAS products (and counting) and close to 300 customers. The team is growing at 100% year-over-year and is expected to have the same growth in the next two years. You will be running a business that is in the business of sales!

What You Will Do

Lead and scale the new-business acquisition engine to deliver strong net-new revenue across our full product portfolio, using modern, high-impact go-to-market strategies.

Build and execute a clear growth plan to enter key markets, win new logos, and consistently exceed ambitious revenue targets.

Create, manage, and review a high-quality, predictable sales pipeline with disciplined qualification (MEDDICC) to ensure accuracy, momentum, and healthy deal flow.

Strengthen relationships with partner HQ teams and drive joint GTM motions, co-sell opportunities, and shared revenue growth.

Lead weekly forecasts, deal reviews, and 1:1 coaching sessions, staying hands-on with critical deals to remove roadblocks and accelerate closures.

Present clear, timely updates on pipeline health, forecasts, and key business metrics to senior leadership.

Identify opportunities to improve demos, GTM processes, inbound/outbound strategies, automation, and collaboration across Sales, Product, and Marketing to boost efficiency.

Build dashboards, track performance KPIs, analyze customer insights, and conduct win/loss reviews to refine strategy and improve outcomes.

Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing acquisition team while fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and excellence.

Move fast, stay responsive, and take full ownership of outcomes while working closely with cross-functional partners.

Bring urgency, resilience, and a proactive, go-getter mindsetpushing boundaries, removing blockers, and consistently achieving (and exceeding) goals.

Who you are

You have a strong understanding of CX, Martech, and modern work-management platforms and how they influence customer and business outcomes.

You bring proven B2B SaaS sales leadership experience and have successfully scaled high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.

You are confident selling to Marketing, Product, Digital, and Operations leaders and can influence complex buying groups.

You have deep experience building and executing effective go-to-market strategies for both new and existing product lines.

You consistently meet or exceed $2M+ annual quotas with a predictable, disciplined sales approach.

You have a strong track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals in the $500K+ range.

You are an inspiring leader who hires, develops, and motivates high-performing sales talent.

You operate with a data-driven mindset and excel in forecasting, pipeline analysis, and using insights to improve performance.

You care deeply about coaching and developing teams and thrive in building a high-energy, growth-focused culture
