Job Role : Build strategy to maintain Drip's portfolio & timely recovery from global clients on receivable finance(RF) & SCF, identification of issues causing delay, corrective action to reduce overdue and delinquency management through recovery action on early stress or distressed accounts.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and manage a global collections team to optimize debt recovery processes
Develop and implement effective collections strategies on a global scale
Maintain positive relationships with clients while minimizing delinquencies
Utilize data and performance metrics to analyze and provide insights for continuous improvement
Work closely with regional teams and cross-functional departments to address unique challenges and contribute to policy development
Mentor and motivate team members, fostering a high-performance culture
Navigate international regulations and ensure compliance in diverse markets
Play a key role in enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of global collections efforts
What we look for:
Prior experience in lending business or structured finance is preferred
Track record of developing and implementing successful global collections strategies to optimize debt recovery processes
In-depth understanding of international regulations related to collections and a proven ability to ensure compliance in diverse markets
