What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the RD&E Hub India, driving innovation, engineering excellence, and global collaboration.
- Translate global RD&E strategies into actionable local plans that deliver business impact.
- Accelerate new product development and ensure high-quality, timely product launches.
- Build and mentor a high-performing RD&E team with strong technical depth and a collaborative mindset.
- Foster a culture of growth, agility, diversity, and psychological safety.
- Champion cross-regional knowledge sharing and global project collaboration.
- Drive process excellence and continuous improvement across simulation, testing, and project management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including global leaders, product teams, suppliers, and customers.
What We're Looking For
- Engineering degree with strong expertise in product development, systems thinking, and design thinking.
- Proven leadership experience in industrial or climate solutions sectors, preferably in R&D.
- Skilled in project management, execution, testing, and simulation; certifications are a plus.
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration across sales, product management, R&D, procurement, and supply chain.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and English language skills.
- Familiarity with RD&E tools, regulatory standards, and global collaboration practices.
