Job Description - Director (Business Intelligence & Reporting) - PAN R1 India

Position Title:Director (Business Intelligence & Reporting) - R1 India

Function:Data

Location: Delhi/NCR/Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 3 pm to 12 pm IST

Reporting To: Vice President

Job Responsibilities:

Workforce & Bench Management:

  • Head PAN India front/middle/back WFM, redeployment, and tracking efficiency-related targets in P&L.
  • Manage 18000 FTE Work force management needs across Front / Middle and Back business (US healthcare)
  • Co-ordinate with finance, Executives and business leaders on monthly and yearly FTE budgets
  • Work with hiring team to hire based on changing needs
  • Weekly and monthly presentations - Status update Via face to Face meetings with India head and executive leadership groups
  • Strategize and own 250-300 FTE bench staff (To support new growth and site builds)

MIS/IMCT:

  • Oversight of the employee lifecycle for 18K+ employees, including appraisals. Lead a team of 40+ FTE with advance excel/ Power BI, SQL and other reporting skills
  • Head 18000 FTE Onboard to exit life cycle - Annual/Monthly ratings and appraisal files creation and sign off
  • Oversee - Incentive and special incentive payout process (Budget Vs actual monitoring, sign off from ELT group, Budget approval from finance)
  • Move new clients from Production to Collection based incentive
  • Governance targets tracking and revisions - Attrition / utilization / incentive / Spl incentive
  • Strategize to make sure IMCT clears all compliance and other audits to guarantee the above items are in line with budgets and guidelines

Performance Management: Lead a team of 6 FTE

  • Prepare and Present - Monthly Operations Review (MOR) India Executive leadership
  • Weekly and monthly monitor KPIs through WPR meetings with business leaders/OPS
  • Client KPI penalty monitoring and action planning

PMO and Vendor Management:

  • Lead a team of 4 Physician business transitions: FTE onboard planning, ramp and client training plans, conducting toll gate review and managing escalations till steady state
  • Vendor performance management (sunsetting in May 26) - SOW creation, Invoice/penalties approvals, SOW extensions, and actual delivery oversight to make sure vendor meets SOW targets
  • Oversee PAN India strategic initiatives- PMO work ranging from ROI tracking, new site built PMO
  • Move new clients from Production to Collection based incentive

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 18 Years of Experience in managing large scale data around workforce management and manage diversities like location, skillset etc
  • Exposure to digital solutions, automation, AI and analytics and ability to implement digital solutions
  • Analytical and structured approach with extensive experience in implementing high impact projects and delivering transformation projects at scale.
