Director

We are hiring a Director Finance Transformation to own, sell, and deliver large-scale finance transformation implementations for domestic clients. This is a sales-led implementation leadership role, requiring demonstrated success in originating, selling, and executing ERP enabled finance transformation programs.

Location- Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bangaluru

Finance Transformation IMPLEMENTATION experience with domestic client handling and FT Sales ownership is mandatory

Profiles limited to finance operations only and non consulting background will not be considered

Key Responsibilities

Sales Ownership & Revenue Growth (Mandatory)

Originate, sell, and close finance transformation deals for domestic clients

Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle: opportunity identification, solutioning, pricing, proposals, and closure

Build and sustain CFO and Csuite relationships to drive repeat and crosssell opportunities

Be accountable for revenue targets, pipeline growth, and deal conversion

Lead executivelevel client presentations and commercial negotiations

Finance Transformation Implementation Leadership (Mandatory)

Provide hands-on leadership for end-to-end finance transformation implementations

Lead large, complex programs spanning:

Finance operating model design and implementation

ERP enabled finance transformations

Digital finance, automation, and analytics initiatives

Ensure implementation rigor, governance, risk management, and value realization

Act as Executive Sponsor for key programs, owning outcomesnot just oversight

Client & Practice Leadership

Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior finance leadership

Build, mentor, and lead highperforming transformation and consulting teams

Shape and scale the Finance Transformation practice, offerings, and delivery standards

Collaborate with technology partners and system integrators as needed

Functional Expertise

Proven implementation leadership across one or more of the following finance domains:

ProcuretoPay (P2P)

OrdertoCash (O2C)

RecordtoReport (R2R)

General Ledger (GL)

Product costing & inventory valuation

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Finance KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting

Technology & Digital Capabilities (Strongly Preferred)

Senior leadership experience delivering implementations on ERP platforms such as:

SAP

Oracle

Workday

Experience across Financials, P2P, O2C, GL, Inventory, and Costing

EPM solution implementation leadership (planning, consolidation, analytics)

Exposure to data & analytics, AI, and intelligent automation as part of finance transformation programs

Candidate Profile

Mandatory Qualifications

14+ years of experience in Finance Transformation with handson implementation leadership

Proven sales ownership for finance transformation programs (origination to closure)

Track record of selling and delivering ERP led transformation programs for domestic clients

Strong executive presence with excellent clientfacing and stakeholder management skills

Clear bias toward execution, accountability, and value realization

Preferred Background

Leadership experience in Big 4 or Tier1 consulting firms

Demonstrated ability to build, grow, and lead a finance transformation portfolio or practice
