Job Description

  • Lead and manage a large-scale delivery organization (team size 400500) ensuring high performance and engagement.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery lifecycle, ensuring timely execution, within scope and budget.
  • Own and manage P&L of $30M+; ensure financial accountability and profitability.
  • Establish and implement best practices, process frameworks, and delivery governance models.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Identify risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Guide and mentor delivery managers and teams across multiple geographies.
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Support business development and pre-sales by contributing delivery strategies and capability presentations.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in delivery or program management roles within IT services or consulting.
  • Proven expertise in managing large portfolios with 400500 team members and $30M+ revenue.
  • Exposure to a mix of Tier 1 and Tier 2 organizationspreferably having grown through diverse work environments.
  • Banking/BFSI domain expertise is a must; GCC (Global Capability Center) or captive experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong experience in resource planning, budgeting, performance reviews, and risk management.
  • Familiar with delivery tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Clarity, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives and promote a culture of innovation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic leadership skills.
