Job Description
Zycus is seeking a dynamic
Director Professional Services to lead large-scale enterprise implementations and drive delivery excellence across our global customer base. While
Source-to-Pay (S2P) experience is preferred, we welcome leaders with strong backgrounds in
enterprise SaaS or ERP transformation programs, including
SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, Workday, NetSuite, Infor, JD Edwards, or large-scale digital transformation initiatives across
Procurement, Finance, O2C, CLM, or Supply Chain.This role will be responsible for leading complex customer implementations, managing global delivery teams, and ensuring successful adoption of Zycus solutions while delivering measurable business value to customers.
The
DirectorProfessional Services/Implementation will be responsible for leading complex customer implementations, managing global delivery teams, and ensuring the successful adoption of Zycus solutions while delivering measurable business value to customers. The Director will also govern enterprise SaaS implementations executed through system integration (SI) partners, ensuring delivery quality, enforcing governance standards, and holding partners accountable so that all programs meet Zycus and customer expectations.
In addition, the Director will play a critical role in
driving AI-led transformation within the Professional Services organization, leveraging
Generative AI and automation to improve delivery efficiency, accelerate implementations, enhance consulting productivity, and create scalable delivery models.
Driving GenAI innovation within the delivery organization will be a key performance indicator (KPI) for this role.
Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise SaaS implementations, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and value realization for global customers. Provide delivery oversight across both
internal teams and partner-led implementations.
Partner Delivery Governance
Govern and oversee delivery executed through Zycus
system integrator and implementation partner ecosystem, ensuring partners adhere to Zycus implementation standards, delivery methodologies, and quality expectations.
Partner Accountability & Escalation Management
Act as the primary escalation point for partner-led implementations. Hold partners accountable for delivery quality, timelines, and commitments, and proactively intervene in cases of delivery risks, missed milestones, or quality issues.
Program Governance
Establish strong governance frameworks including program management, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and delivery quality across complex multi-module transformation programs.
Customer Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment between customer objectives and Zycus solution capabilities. Provide transparency and confidence in partner-led delivery programs.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a global team of implementation consultants, program managers, and delivery leads to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
Delivery Excellence
Drive best practices, implementation methodologies, delivery playbooks, and accelerators to ensure scalable and repeatable implementation success across
both internal and partner delivery teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with
Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Alliances teams to support strategic deals, strengthen the partner ecosystem, ensure seamless implementation transitions, and enhance customer value realization.
Pre-Sales & Deal Support
Provide subject matter expertise during the pre-sales phase by supporting solution design, delivery scoping, partner alignment, and implementation planning for large enterprise deals.
Operational Performance
Drive key delivery metrics including
implementation timelines, utilization, partner performance, margin performance, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency through
automation, AI-enabled delivery models, reusable implementation assets, and partner enablement programs to strengthen the overall delivery ecosystem.
AI & GenAI Innovation in Delivery
Drive adoption of
Generative AI and AI-powered automation across the Professional Services organization to improve implementation efficiency, accelerate delivery timelines, and enhance consultant productivity. Identify opportunities to embed
GenAI-enabled delivery frameworks, automation tools, and AI-assisted implementation models into Zycus delivery methodology. Champion AI-led innovation initiatives and establish measurable impact on delivery outcomes as a key performance metric.
Job Requirement
Required Skills & Experience
- 12 16 years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or enterprise SaaS/ERP delivery.
- Strong experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs involving ERP or enterprise SaaS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, etc.).
- Experience managing complex global implementations with multi-stakeholder governance structures.
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional delivery teams across geographies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise implementation methodologies, program governance, and risk management frameworks.
- Experience supporting pre-sales, solution scoping, and implementation planning for enterprise deals.
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders and influence executive decision-making.
- Experience driving delivery excellence, process standardization, and scalable implementation frameworks.
- Exposure to AI, automation, and analytics in modern professional services delivery models is a strong plus.
- S2P or procurement domain experience is preferred but not mandatory.
