Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact Lead – Product Partnerships to build and scale Pine Labs next-generation ecosystem collaborations across payments networks, AI platforms, and strategic technology partners.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Strategy, and Business Development — responsible for co-creating new concepts with global networks and AI leaders, driving pilots to launch, and enabling scale.

You will work closely with internal product leaders and external partner teams to translate emerging opportunities into structured, launch-ready initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ecosystem Co-Creation & Strategic Partnerships

  • Co-create innovative product concepts with leading networks such as National Payments Corporation of India, Visa, Mastercard
  • Partner with AI leaders including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google (Gemini)
  • Engage strategic platforms such as Meta, UPI consumer apps, and emerging startups
  • Identify whitespace opportunities across commerce, credit, AI, and payments infrastructure

2. Concept Structuring & Internal Alignment

  • Work alongside product teams to stitch end-to-end journeys
  • Build structured business cases, PRDs, financial models, and executive memos
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across Product, Tech, Legal, Compliance, and Business
  • Translate exploratory ideas into executable pilot-ready frameworks

3. Pilot Launch & GTM Execution

  • Collaborate with GTM teams (internal & partner side) to:
  • Design and execute POCs
  • Align pilot merchants / customers
  • Define success metrics
  • Coordinate launch readiness

Work with Marketing on PR, joint announcements, and case study publication

4. Transition to Scale

  • Handover validated concepts to:
  • Product & Product Marketing teams for PMF refinement
  • Business teams for commercial scale-up
  • Ensure documentation, learnings, and operating models are institutionalized

What We're Looking For

  • 8–12 years of experience in Product, Partnerships, Strategy, Networks or Fintech ecosystem roles
  • Deep understanding of payments, platforms, or AI ecosystems
  • Strong ability to translate ambiguous ideas into structured execution plans
  • Experience working with large networks and technology platforms
  • Comfort operating in 0→1 environments
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

  • 3–5 breakthrough ecosystem concepts launched annually
  • Strong co-branded partnerships with leading AI and payments platforms
  • High-impact pilots transitioned successfully into scaled business lines
