Role Summary
We are looking for a highly execution-driven operator to lead and scale Boomlet's platform across Discovery, Advocacy, UGC, and Impact. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Tech, Data, and Business, and is responsible for turning vision into structured, high-quality execution.
You will work closely with leadership to build systems, drive delivery, and ensure that the platform scales efficiently while maintaining speed, accuracy, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product & Execution
- Own end-to-end execution across Discovery, Advocacy, UGC, and Impact modules
- Translate product vision into weekly execution plans and quarterly roadmaps
- Work closely with Tech, Product, and Design teams to ensure timely delivery
2. Operations & Systems
- Build and streamline SOPs across campaigns, data workflows, and client delivery
- Ensure operational efficiency, speed, and scalability across functions
- Identify bottlenecks and implement structured solutions
3. Data & Intelligence
- Oversee social listening and media monitoring workflows
- Ensure insights are real-time, actionable, and aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with teams to convert insights into strategic outputs
4. Cross-Functional Alignment
- Drive alignment across Tech, Product, Sales, and Client teams
- Ensure seamless flow from insight → action → outcome
- Act as a central point of coordination across functions
5. Client Delivery
- Ensure high-quality execution of campaigns, dashboards, and reporting
- Build systems for real-time tracking and performance measurement
- Maintain consistency and reliability in client outputs
6. Revenue & Efficiency
- Support operational ownership of revenue and cost efficiency
- Optimize spends across data, influencer partnerships, and infrastructure
- Improve margins through process optimization and automation
7. Scaling & Growth
- Build systems capable of handling high-volume data (1M+ mentions/day)
- Enable scalability across 10K+ influencers and multiple campaigns
- Prepare the platform for enterprise and global expansion
Ideal Profile
- 6–10 years of experience in SaaS, platforms, media-tech, or high-growth startups
- Strong track record in execution, operations, and system-building
- Experience working across Product, Tech, and Business teams
- Highly structured thinker with strong problem-solving ability
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership
