Director Product Management Subscription

Key Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy and roadmap for subscriber retention, ARPU growth, and payment funnel improvement.
• Own key L0 business metrics and drive measurable impact on subscriptions and payments.
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science, specialists) to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Build frameworks for competitive analysis, data partnerships, and exploration of new monetization opportunities.
• Leverage data analytics, user research, and market insights to optimize subscriber experience.
• Innovate using technical expertise and AI/ML where applicable to enhance retention and payment processes.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance guidance to product managers, fostering accountability and team success.
• Prioritize and execute quarterly roadmaps with a focus on outcomes and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, engineering, and analytics to influence strategy and deliver results.
