Vena is redefining how organizations plan, analyze, and operate through its AI-first Microsoft-native Orchestrated Performance Management Platform - connecting planning, reporting, and execution across Microsoft's data and analytics ecosystem.
We are seeking a Director of Product Management to build and scale a high-performing Product team in India to support our Planning Platform. This is a hands-on leadership role for a strong operator who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, technical depth, and disciplined execution.
You will own product outcomes - not just roadmaps. You will scale a team of Product Managers and Designers, drive AI-enabled capabilities, partner deeply with Engineering and Architecture, and collaborate globally with GTM teams to accelerate growth in the mid-market and enterprise segments.
This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Product Management.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing India-based Product team
- Own product KPIs including adoption, retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction
- Drive roadmap clarity and disciplined execution aligned to company growth objectives
- Lead the evolution of Vena's Orchestrated Performance Management capabilities across planning, reporting, and analytics workflows
- Advance AI-driven product capabilities that improve automation, insight generation, and user productivity
- Partner closely with Engineering leadership to deliver predictable, high-quality releases
- Engage directly with customers and prospects to deeply understand planning, FP&A, and data platform use cases
- Translate Microsoft ecosystem capabilities (Azure, Fabric, Microsoft 365) into differentiated product value
- Align cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships to ensure successful launches and GTM readiness
- Develop product management rigor, coaching talent to raise the bar across discovery, prioritization, and delivery
- Travel between India offices (required) and to Canada (as required) to support cross-regional collaboration

We'd Love to See
- 8-10 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- 3+ years leading and developing Product Managers or cross-functional product teams
- Deep familiarity with data platforms, BI tools, analytics workflows, or performance management systems
- Technical fluency in Microsoft ecosystem technologies (Azure, Fabric, Microsoft 365, Power BI) strongly preferred
- Strong operator mindset with demonstrated success scaling product execution in growth-stage environments
- Experience shipping AI-enabled features or automation capabilities within enterprise software
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on product engagement Strong commercial instincts - understands pricing, packaging, customer segmentation, and value drivers
- Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing executives and cross-functional leaders
- Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies
The annual base compensation for this position is INR 7,148,860 - 10,723,290.
