Role Summary

The Director of AI Solutioning is a strategic leader and subject matter expert in AI and AI Training Data Services. This role is central to shaping our most complex and high-value AI deals, serving as the chief architect for client solutions and a key influencer of our market positioning. You will lead the end-to-end solutioning process for AI-centric engagementsowning both the technical architecture and the commercial modelwhile driving thought leadership and building strategic partnerships in the AI ecosystem. Your deep expertise in AI, data annotation, and training data workflows will ensure we deliver innovative, scalable, and profitable solutions that meet the evolving needs of modern AI systems.

Responsibilities

AI Deal Solutioning & Commercial Leadership

  • Lead AI-Focused RFP Responses: Own the pursuit process for multi-million-dollar AI Training Data contracts, from qualification to proposal submission and contract closure.
  • Architect AI Solutions: Design robust AI Training Data solutions tailored to client requirements, including annotation pipelines, QA protocols, Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows, and scalable delivery models for Generative AI, LLMs, and Computer Vision.
  • Commercial Model Ownership: Develop and optimize pricing strategies for AI data services, including detailed costing, margin analysis, risk modeling, and price-to-win strategies.
  • Risk & Feasibility Analysis: Partner with AI platform and delivery teams to validate technical feasibility, assess scalability, and mitigate risks across data, technology, and operations.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the lead AI solution strategist in client workshops and executive presentations, articulating the unique value of our AI data services.
  • Process Innovation: Build reusable AI solution frameworks, pricing models, and proposal templates to accelerate deal cycles and maintain competitive advantage.

Market Strategy & AI Ecosystem Development

  • Thought Leadership in AI: Position the organization as a leader in AI Training Data through white papers, blogs, webinars, and industry events.
  • Analyst Relations: Engage with leading analyst firms to showcase our AI capabilities and secure favorable market positioning.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop alliances with AI technology providers, cloud platforms, and data tool vendors to create joint solutions and unlock new revenue streams.

Required

Skills & Qualifications

  • AI Expertise: Strong knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle, with deep understanding of training data's role in model performance. Hands-on experience with data annotation, QA, and HITL workflows for AI systems.
  • Generative AI & LLMs: Familiarity with modern AI paradigms, including Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Computer Vision.
  • Deal Leadership: Proven success in leading large-scale AI solutioning and commercial modeling for complex deals.
  • Financial Acumen: Advanced skills in pricing strategy, margin optimization, and risk analysis for AI data services.
  • Executive Communication: Ability to present AI solutions and commercial strategies to C-level stakeholders with clarity and impact.

Preferred

  • Direct experience in AI Training Data solutioning or data-centric services.
  • Established relationships with AI ecosystem partners and industry analysts.
  • Advanced degree in AI, Machine Learning, or Computer Science.
  • Portfolio of AI projects or case studies demonstrating solution design and delivery.
