You will develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business and/or regulatory environment while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, exhibiting authority for talent management decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in veterinary science.
Master s degree in animal nutritionPoultry ScienceVeterinary Pathology.
Minimum of 10 years of related work experience 5 years of supervisory experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Expertise in poultry Integration.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in poultry business.
Experience leading a technical team with staff from multiple locations and disciplines.
Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and trust through technical knowledge and expertise.
