As a US Sales Leader, you'll:
Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Build scalable processes to improve lead conversion and overall sales efficiency.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize sales funnel performance and forecasting.
Market Expansion & Business Development
- Identify and penetrate new markets across the US region through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to refine the regional approach.
- Define pricing strategies based on market demand, competition, and cost considerations.
Cost & Performance Ownership
- Own regional revenue and cost metrics, ensuring profitability and sustainable business growth.
- Manage customer acquisition costs (CAC), operational budgets, and marketing spends to improve unit economics.
- Work closely with finance on forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for the region.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Define clear KPIs, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and customer success teams to align goals and initiatives.
Customer Success & Retention
- Strengthen customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and data-backed strategies.
- Partner with the customer success team to enhance the overall customer experience and reduce churn.
To WIN , you'll need:
- 812+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 45 years in a regional or leadership capacity.
- Strong background in EdTech, SaaS, consumer-tech, or similar fast-growing industries (preferred).
- Proven experience managing end-to-end regional sales, including revenue, cost, strategy, and execution.
- Demonstrated success in B2C and/or B2B sales; experience in partnerships with institutions or corporates is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience operating in high-growth and fast-paced environments.
