Primary Skills (Must Have):

Team size 100-150

Domain experience is not mandatory.

Strong experience in Java (versions 7 through 17/21).

Experience in modernization initiatives.

Hands-on exposure to OpenShift, Kubernetes, and containerization.

Current Team size for this role: 150 members distributed across India and the US, including KP employees and vendors.

Experience working in a complex, fast-paced (noisy) business environment.

Extensive stakeholder management at the executive level.

Excellent, polished communication skills and strong executive presence.

Must have delivered projects, not just managed them.

Proven ability to manage large teams (100150 members).

Experience handling a large user base (approx. 1.5 million users at Client).

Candidates who have managed small user bases (e.g., LMS platforms with 500 users) may not be suitable due to scale differences.

Product company or GCC background preferred.

Secondary Skills (Good to have)

• Exposure to USA healthcare domain, including working with pharmacy platforms and understanding of healthcare industry dynamics.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as HIPAA and healthcare data privacy regulations.
• Knowledge of healthcare data technologies, interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), and security best practices.
