Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating Model Design & Transformation: Lead diagnostics and design target operating models aligned with strategic business objectives and performance benchmarks.
  • Business Problem Solving: Analyze internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve processes, services, and organizational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior stakeholders across geographies to influence, align, and drive enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to identify improvement opportunities across people, process, technology, and governance dimensions.
  • Program Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams and workstreams to deliver transformation programs and operating model changes.
  • Change Management: Drive successful adoption of transformation initiatives across business units through structured change management approaches.
  • Business Case Development: Conduct benefit quantification, scenario modelling, and financial analysis to support investment decisions and P&L impact assessment.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish metrics and frameworks to evaluate operating model effectiveness and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Communication & Influence: Present complex ideas using storytelling, presentations, and structured communication to influence decision-making.
  • Innovation Enablement: Leverage automation and AI to enhance operational efficiency and transformation outcomes.
