Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Director of Warehouse Operations. The individual in this position will oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and optimizing storage solutions. The role involves leading and mentoring a warehouse team, improving process efficiency, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic objectives. Additionally, the Director will focus on streamlining processes to enhance overall productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Operations Management and Warehouse Management skills to oversee efficient workflows and optimize operations
• Inventory Control and Inventory Management expertise to ensure accuracy in stock levels and streamlined processes
• Customer Service skills to address client needs and maintain client satisfaction
• Leadership and team management experience to effectively guide and support warehouse staff
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with warehouse technologies, systems, and safety standards is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in warehouse or operations management roles
