Role Summary
Lead and scale the software engineering organization, define technical strategy, ensure high-quality product delivery, and align engineering initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Set technical vision, architecture standards, and best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and grow engineering managers and teams.
- Oversee project planning, delivery, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and other stakeholders to drive innovation.
- Stay updated on technology trends and drive adoption.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in software development; 5+ years in engineering leadership.
- Strong experience with modern tech stacks (Java), cloud platforms, and Agile/DevOps practices.
- Proven ability to lead large teams, manage projects, and communicate with executives.
Preferred
- Experience in SaaS, digital platforms, or multi-site organizations.
