As a Director of Application Development and Support you will have responsibility to lead a team of System Support Managers, Technical Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts and Engineering team. Conduent is highly focused on investing in future of Healthcare Technology Products that will revolutionize the way Government Health operates. We leverage our 40 plus years of industry expertise in both Government Health domain and technology innovations to build and enhance market leading products that cater to this industry. You will be the leader of this team in building, enhancing and maintaining the products implemented for our customers.

We are looking for an experienced Technologist who can lead multiple client facing teams that maintains, enhances and supports our products that are installed for our clients. Your role will require a deep understanding of multiple technology products their contribution in the overall client solutions. A strong foundation in Project Management and ITIL skills. You will provide oversight to stable teams that keeps the system running to meet our availability SLA's and also undertake capability/service enhancements to the products, that includes technical upgrades as well.

You will be the face of IT for both client and business in making sure we meet the commitments on technology deliverables. You will also support presales team with technical estimates for various bids that has any of these products in the solution.

Your responsibility includes, annual budget planning, technology road map for our accounts, successful delivery of product releases, resource management and effective communication with leadership team on various ongoing efforts.

Job Requirements:

• 18+ year of experience in IT, 5+ years of experience in product development / Product Implementation
• Should have extensive experience in Healthcare domains, Knowledge on Government Plans, revenue management for healthcare payers, Revenue Cycle Management highly preferred.
• Experience in Strategic Leadership, Driving Innovation, Product & People Development
• Should have experience as a Product Manager: Building Product Road Map, Prioritizing Features across releases.
• Strong Communication, Presentation & Networking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal/influencing skills .Excellent articulation, documentation and communication skills both verbal and written. Passionate learner of functional domain, product and technology.
• Good Functional analytical skills. Experience working as product owner in agile development will be highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Cloud Technology, AI & ML
• Set and manage individual goals, objectives and KPI's of the team ensuring performance levels are consistent and in line with expectations
• Ability to work supporting multiple time zones covering mainly US, India
• Ability to travel as needed

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $154,500 - $206,000.
