Summary

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets
  • Oversee the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching and leadership to drive high performance
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents and industry partners
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage the hotel's PR efforts, CSR strategy, digital and social media presence, ensuring effective online marketing and brand visibility
  • Collaborate with the hotel management team to align sales and marketing initiatives with the overall business objectives
  • Develop and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and implement innovative sales and marketing tactics

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry
