Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Sales and Business Development based in Hyderabad, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves leading sales and business development strategies, managing sales operations, fostering relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The Director will also oversee and guide the sales team while ensuring that customer service objectives are met effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Operations
  • Proven ability in Business Development and strategic opportunity identification
  • Experience in Team Management and building high-performing sales teams
  • Proficiency in Customer Service, including managing client relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Prior experience in leading revenue-driving initiatives is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid environment requiring on-site presence in Hyderabad
