Job Description
- Drive and influence pricing strategies across hotels to optimize revenue generation and enhance market share, ensuring competitive positioning in the marketplace
- Guide revenue management strategies at each hotel, aligning them with national and regional objectives
- Oversee the implementation and effective use of revenue management tools and systems in hotels across the country
- Engage with individual hotel teams to address specific revenue challenges and opportunities
- Analyse revenue performance metrics within the country to identify trends and improvement areas
- Lead and manage revenue-focused projects, enhancing revenue generation and operational efficiency
- Assist in developing and implementing revenue strategies under the guidance of the Regional Director
- Support and enhance talent development within revenue management teams at the country leve
- Promote continuous learning and professional growth among revenue teams at the country level
- Serve as a communication link between hotel teams and senior management, ensuring strategy alignment.
Qualifications
A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Management, including leadership positions at the country, or area level, is required. Corporate-level experience of a similar nature is also essential. Proven expertise in project management, strategy implementation, and team development. In-depth knowledge of revenue management practices and the unique challenges hotels face within the country.
