Play a leadership role in building an impactful healthcare founder ecosystem

Job Description

Design and execute a comprehensive founder sourcing and engagement strategy for the India platform.
Identify, attract, engage, and assess top healthcare founders using structured, competencybased evaluation frameworks.
Build and manage a highquality founder experience that reflects the organization's mission, values, and longterm partnership approach.
Develop and scale a robust founder and operator network through community building, partnerships, events, and ecosystem engagement.
Strengthen the organization's founder brand in India through targeted marketing, communications, and thought leadership initiatives.
Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, workflows, sourcing effectiveness, and decisionmaking.
Collaborate closely with U.S.based and global teams, adapting proven playbooks to local market dynamics.
Provide regular insights and updates to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and emerging opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

8+ years of experience in venture capital, earlystage startups (0-1), startup platforms, or closely related environments.
Strong understanding of the Indian startup and founder ecosystem, with sensitivity to cultural nuances.
Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and assess entrepreneurial talent.
Highly actionoriented, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced setting.
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
Proven interest and capability in leveraging AI and advanced technology tools beyond basic usage to drive impact.
Fluent in English.
