Group Manager: Digital Accelerator CoE
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven leader to head the Digital Accelerator CoE (DA CoE), driving AI-first and Agentic AI-led transformation across a global organization.
This role will operationalize the CoE vision by building a single source of truth for reusable IP, accelerators, and delivery frameworks, ensuring all outputs translate into measurable customer value, faster implementations, and improved ROI.
The leader will drive innovation, standardization, and adoption at scale, while fostering co-innovation with customers and embedding learnings into scalable assets and success stories.
Key Responsibilities (Condensed)
- CoE Strategy & Execution: Define roadmap, OKRs, and align with Adobe priorities and product roadmap
- AI & Innovation Leadership: Drive Agentic AI use cases, labs, and scalable frameworks across Adobe DX
- Reusable IP & Accelerators: Build assets, playbooks, and solutions that accelerate delivery and value realization
- Knowledge Management: Establish DA CoE as a unified, AI-powered knowledge platform (Ask DA CoE)
- Delivery Excellence: Standardize playbooks, workflows, and governance across Adobe Experience Cloud implementations
- Adoption & Impact: Drive enterprise-wide adoption, track reuse, productivity gains, and business outcomes
- Enablement & Transformation: Lead large-scale upskilling (AI/Agentic AI, Adobe DX) and workforce readiness
- Stakeholder Leadership: Partner with global teams, product, and customers to drive alignment and co-innovation
Ideal Profile
12–18+ years in digital transformation, Martech, or consulting
- Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud + AI/GenAI/Agentic AI
- Proven experience in CoE leadership, delivery excellence, and scalable frameworks
- Combines strategic thinking with strong execution rigor
- Excels in ambiguity, global stakeholder management, and driving adoption
