KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Drive operational excellence through scalable systems and structured workflows.

• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvement initiatives.

• Lead automation and workflow enhancement projects.

• Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective action plans.

• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams.

• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and business reviews.

• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, compliance standards, and legal regulations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

• MBA or Master's Degree preferred.

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in operations management.

• Proven experience in leadership and large-scale operational management.
