About Manzil:

A real estate PE practice being built from the ground up. NOMA is the first platform — managed second-home development in Goa backed by 10 years of hospitality operations through Hireavilla. LP investors get a genuine yield underwriting edge no other developer in the market can offer.

Most people in private banking manage relationships. We need someone who builds them — and then raises capital through them. This role is part of the setup of our private equity practice at Manzil.

NOMA is a managed second-home development platform in Goa and the first deal platform under Manzil's PE practice. JV land model. LP equity funds development. Hireavilla operates completed homes. LP IRR target 18–22%. No bank debt. First projects underway.

We are building the institutional infrastructure — fund structure, LP base, capital markets capability — from the ground up. This Director role is the first capital markets hire and will grow with the practice as it scales across projects and geographies.

This is an active fundraising role first. You build the LP pipeline, close investors, and manage those relationships through the full project lifecycle. No LP should ever have to chase us for an update — you make sure they never need to.

What you will do:

→ Actively raise LP capital — Dubai NRI network, India family offices, HNIs above ₹2 Cr ticket

→ Run investor meetings independently — founder attends key closes only

→ Own LP onboarding — KYC, subscription docs, capital call coordination

→ Write monthly updates and quarterly reports — proactive, never reactive

→ Manage co-investment rights — track and follow up before lapse

→ Convert existing LPs into repeat investors and warm referral sources

Compensation:

→ Base: ₹18–30L/year guaranteed - based on experience and network

→ Management fee share: 20% pro-rata on your LPs - paid quarterly

→ Carry share: 20% pro-rata on your LPs - paid at project exit in two tranches

→ Annual bonus: discretionary - platform earnings based

→ Equity: 0.5–2% of Manzil · confirmed Month 12 - vesting from Year 2

The carry is the story. On one project — ₹12 Cr raised of a ₹20 Cr LP pool, ₹25 Cr Manzil carry — your carry share alone is ₹3 Cr. Raise more → earn proportionally more.

Who we are looking for:

→ 7+ years in private banking, wealth management, or family office

→ Has personally raised LP or HNI capital — not just managed relationships

→ Existing HNI network activatable within 90 days of joining

→ Can explain IRR, waterfall, and preferred return without support

→ Dubai or strong NRI network is a significant advantage

→ Motivated by carry and equity — wants to build something, not just maintain it

→ Open to relocating to Goa — this is a non-negotiable
