We need someone who builds them — and raises capital through them.

About Manzil

We're building a real estate private equity platform from the ground up.

NOMA is our first deal platform — managed second-home development in Goa, backed by 10 years of operating experience through Hireavilla.

• JV land model
• LP-funded development (no bank debt)
• Target: 18–22% IRR
• First projects already underway

This is the first capital markets hire — you will build the LP base, fundraising engine, and investor system alongside the founders.

The Role (what actually matters)

This is a fundraising-first role.

You will:

• Build and activate an LP pipeline (HNIs ₹2 Cr+, family offices, NRIs — especially Dubai)
• Run investor meetings independently
• Close capital — not just pitch
• Own onboarding: KYC, docs, capital calls
• Drive investor communication: monthly updates, quarterly reports
• Convert LPs into repeat investors and referral sources

No LP should ever have to chase us. You make sure they don't.

Compensation (aligned with performance)

• Base: ₹18–30L (based on experience + network)
• Management fee share: 20% pro-rata on your LPs (paid quarterly)
• Carry: 20% pro-rata on your LPs (paid at exit)
• Equity: 0.5–2% (confirmed Month 12, vesting from Year 2)
• Bonus: discretionary

Example:

Raise ₹12 Cr in a ₹20 Cr pool → ₹25 Cr platform carry → your share ≈ ₹3 Cr

Raise more → earn proportionally more.

Who this is for

• 7+ years in private banking / wealth / family office
• You have personally raised capital (not just managed clients)
• You have a network you can activate within 90 days
• You can clearly explain IRR, waterfalls, preferred return
• Strong NRI / Dubai network is a big plus
• You want carry and equity, not just salary
• You're open to relocating to Goa (non-negotiable)
