Director of Investor Relations

About the Role

Affle is seeking a seasoned Investor Relations professional to manage capital market engagement and shape the company's equity narrative. This role will drive investor communication, manage market perception, and support strategic capital market initiatives while ensuring accurate, transparent, and compliant disclosures. The ideal candidate brings deep listed-company experience, strong financial acumen, and a solid understanding of equity markets.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Markets & Investor Engagement

• Manage capital market perception and strategic positioning of Affle's equity
• Manage engagement with institutional investors, analysts, brokers, and proxy advisors
• Coordinate quarterly results, earnings calls, broker conferences, and investor roadshows
• Develop compelling investor presentations, fact sheets, Q&A documents, and key messaging
• Track analyst coverage, investor feedback, and market sentiment

Financial Reporting & Communication

• Partner with Finance on quarterly and annual results communication
• Prepare Annual Report content, including financial and strategic messaging
• Support sustainability and ESG reporting initiatives
• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, listing requirements, and disclosure norms

Financial Analysis & Strategic Support

• Build financial models, valuation analysis, and peer benchmarking
• Provide competitive intelligence and market insights
• Support capital market transactions and corporate actions (fundraising, buybacks, etc.)
• Manage M&A transactions, including deal site coordination

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with senior leadership, Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications
• Support Board materials and investor updates
• Ensure alignment between internal performance metrics and external communication

What We're Looking For

• 12–15 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, or Investment Banking
• Mandatory experience in a publicly listed company environment
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, financial modelling, and equity markets
• Deep familiarity with SEBI regulations and disclosure requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High analytical rigor, attention to detail, and discretion
• Experience in technology, digital, or high-growth sectors preferred
