Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Information Technology based. The Director of Information Technology will oversee IT operations, design and execute IT strategies, and ensure network security across the organization. Responsibilities include managing IT infrastructure, leading technical teams, and aligning technology initiatives with business goals. The candidate will also be expected to contribute to the development of innovative IT solutions and ensure operational efficiency across all IT functions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in IT Management, IT Operations, and Information Technology infrastructure
• Experience in developing and implementing IT Strategy aligned with business objectives
• Proficiency in Network Security and knowledge of cybersecurity practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Problem-solving abilities and experience with strategic decision-making
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or PMP would be an added advantage
• Experience working in infrastructure management and cloud solutions is a plus
