Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Food & Beverage at Marriott International, located in Bengaluru. The Director will oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, meeting revenue targets, and fostering teamwork. Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies, managing budgets, driving customer satisfaction, supervising departmental staff, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Food & Beverage operations, culinary standards, beverage programs, and overall service excellence.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to train, motivate, and supervise a diverse team.
  • Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, revenue management, and maximizing profitability.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to build strong guest relationships and handle feedback effectively.
  • Ability to analyze operational data, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in project and time management with attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in a leadership role in food and beverage operations.
  • Multilingual ability, particularly in English and local languages, is an asset.
