- Partner closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to identify inefficiencies and implement tech solutions that eliminate manual work and make everything less painful.
- Lead the roadmap for Odoo modules spanning Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Customer Service.
- Build a center of excellence around enterprise applications and process digitizationthink automation, integration, and not having 5 tools doing the job of 1.
- Manage and grow a lean, high-performing team of developers, analysts, and third-party partners.
- Lead implementation of new modules, upgrades, and process redesigns across global business units.
- Champion Agile delivery, CI/CD, DevOps, and other acronyms you pretend to understand but now actually get to enforce.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and integrated solutions by overseeing middleware, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Identify opportunities for AI/ML (actual use cases, not just PowerPoint dreams) to improve decision-making and productivity across functions.
- Evangelize a culture of digital-first thinkingno more printing PDFs to sign and scan back. Please.
What You Bring:

- Deep hands-on experience with Odoo ERPyou know how to bend it without breaking it.
- Experience implementing and optimizing core business systems in a manufacturing and/or consumer productenvironment.
- Comfort with managing integrations via middleware (e.g., Boomi, custom APIs) and ensuring data flow doesn't resemble a spaghetti diagram from hell.
- Background in system architecture, process automation, and change management across tech and business teams.
- You've led teams, hired smart people, fired a few (probably nicely), and mentored others toward greatness.
- Exceptional communication skillsyou translate nerd-speak into business-speak and vice versa.
- A strategic thinker with zero patience for tech theatre and endless pilot programs that go nowhere.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT or something equally plausible; MBA is a nice-to-have if you don't talk about it all the time.
