About the Role
We are looking for a senior engineering leader to drive the development and modernization of large-scale pharmacy and clinical technology platforms. This role will lead a global team and ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and high-impact healthcare solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a large engineering team (100–150 members) across geographies
- Own end-to-end delivery of pharmacy and clinical systems
- Drive modernization initiatives (cloud, microservices, containerization)
- Partner with product, business, and executive stakeholders to define roadmap
- Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and compliant with healthcare standards
- Manage vendors, budgets, and delivery timelines
- Build and mentor a strong leadership team
What We're Looking For
- 18+ years of experience in software engineering with strong leadership exposure
- Proven experience managing large engineering teams (100+ members)
- Strong hands-on background in Java (7–17/21), Spring Boot
- Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and containerization
- Solid exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience in healthcare/pharmacy or clinical systems (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of microservices, DevOps, Agile delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience in product companies or GCC environments
- Exposure to large-scale platforms with millions of users
- Experience in digital transformation or modernization programs
