IIQ - Gen AI Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the strategy and execution of an enterprise-grade GenAI platform within a banking environment for our Integral IQ global business. This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of a containerized, cloud-native AI platform that enables secure, scalable, and compliant deployment of GenAI Use Cases across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office functions. This role requires strong understanding of banking business concepts, operating models, and end-to-end operational processes to ensure technology solutions deliver real business value.

Product Ownership – GenAI Platform

·        Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for an enterprise GenAI platform supporting Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office use cases.

·        Partner with business stakeholders across trading, sales, risk, finance, operations, and compliance to identify high-value GenAI opportunities.

·        Define platform capabilities including LLM orchestration, agent frameworks, prompt management, model onboarding, secure inference, observability, and cost controls.

·        Translate banking business use cases into clear platform features, epics, and user stories.

·        Ensure multi-tenant, Kubernetes-based containerized deployments aligned with enterprise standards.

·        Drive adoption of the platform across business and technology teams.

Program Management – Platform Delivery

·        Lead multi-team, multi-release delivery programs across GenAI platform and business-aligned pods.

·        Manage dependencies across engineering, AI/ML, cloud, security, risk, compliance, and operations teams.

·        Plan and execute delivery aligned to Front Office revenue enablement, Middle Office risk and control needs, and Back Office efficiency and automation goals.

·        Track milestones, KPIs, risks, and delivery health across pods.

·        Provide clear executive-level reporting and decision support.

Front Office, Middle Office & Back Office Alignment

·        Demonstrate strong understanding of Front Office processes such as sales, trading, client onboarding, pricing, and decision support.

·        Understand Middle Office functions including risk management, P&L, controls, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting.

·        Understand Back Office operations such as settlements, payments, reference data, corporate actions, and operational automation.

·        Ensure GenAI solutions align with end-to-end banking workflows and improve efficiency, control, and customer outcomes.

·        Translating operational pain points into scalable GenAI-enabled platform capabilities.

Containerized & Cloud-Native Architecture

·        Own requirements for Kubernetes orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized AI workloads.

·        Support model versioning, rollback, autoscaling, resilience, and high availability.

·        Enable on-prem, private cloud, and hybrid deployment models common in regulated banking environments.

Banking, Risk & Compliance Alignment

·        Ensure adherence to data privacy, data residency, and model risk management requirements.

·        Embed responsible AI principles, explainability, and auditability into platform design.

·        Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams.

·        Support regulatory reviews, internal audits, and model governance forums.

Stakeholder Management

·        Partner with senior business and technology leaders across Integral IQ businesses, Corporate Technology and develop keen understanding of client needs and support businesses.

·        Act as the single point of accountability for platform outcomes.

·        Influence and align global, distributed teams.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

·        15-18 years of experience in product management or program management roles.

·        Strong experience working in banking environments with exposure to Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office domains.

·        Solid understanding of banking operations, business concepts, and end-to-end process flows.

·        Experience with GenAI platforms, cloud-native architectures, and Kubernetes.
