About the Role:

We are seeking an innovative and dynamic design professional will be Heading design to lead the creative direction for a well-known fashion brand based in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in design and product development, with a proven track record in domestic and international fashion markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design strategy across all fashion categories, aligning with market trends and brand vision.

- Oversee product development from concept to final execution, ensuring superior quality and aesthetic appeal.

- Stay ahead of global and domestic fashion trends to innovate and maintain a competitive edge.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (merchandising, marketing, and production) to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.

- Build and mentor a high-performing design team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Desired Profile:

- Experience: 16 -25 years in design and product development for renowned domestic and international brands.

- Expertise: Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape.

- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and inspire large teams.

- Categories: Comprehensive experience across apparel, accessories, and other fashion segments.
