CredFlow AI is seeking a full-time, on-site Director of Demand Generation based in Gurugram. The role involves developing and executing demand generation strategies to drive marketing growth and generate leads. Responsibilities include market analysis, creating and managing campaigns, overseeing marketing initiatives, and optimizing cross-channel marketing efforts. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams, evaluate ROI, and drive customer acquisition and engagement initiatives.

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research with the ability to analyze trends and implement data-driven strategies.
• Strong expertise in Marketing and Marketing Management, including campaign development, performance tracking, and team leadership.
• Experience in Sales, with a focus on aligning marketing efforts to support revenue growth and lead generation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Familiarity with demand generation tools, CRM platforms, and digital marketing technologies.
