Director of Collections (Unsecured Business Loans)

Job Role : Build strategy to maintain Drip's portfolio & timely recovery from global clients on receivable finance(RF) & SCF, identification of issues causing delay, corrective action to reduce overdue and delinquency management through recovery action on early stress or distressed accounts.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage a global collections team to optimize debt recovery processes

• Develop and implement effective collections strategies on a global scale

• Maintain positive relationships with clients while minimizing delinquencies

• Utilize data and performance metrics to analyze and provide insights for continuous improvement

• Work closely with regional teams and cross-functional departments to address unique challenges and contribute to policy development

• Mentor and motivate team members, fostering a high-performance culture

• Navigate international regulations and ensure compliance in diverse markets

• Play a key role in enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of global collections efforts

What we look for:

• 10+ years of experience in collections, with hands-on experience in both field and tele-collections
• Prior experience in handling MSME/business loans is essential
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful global collections strategies to optimize debt recovery processes
• In-depth understanding of international regulations related to collections, with a demonstrated ability to ensure compliance across diverse markets
• Strong expertise in legal processes and legal recoveries, with hands-on experience in managing litigation, recovery suits, and working closely with legal teams to drive effective resolution strategies
