Role Description

This full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram, focuses on leading and managing client relationships for NeoRipples Pvt. Ltd. As the Director of Client Services, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional client experiences, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, resolving issues, analyzing client needs, and implementing strategic solutions. Additionally, this role involves leading and mentoring a team to ensure optimal performance and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have worked in Digital Marketing Agency
• Must have experience in managing international clients
• Expertise in Client Services and Customer Service to effectively manage and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs and develop tailored strategic solutions
• Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering high-quality services
• Experience in Team Management, with the ability to mentor, guide, and lead a diverse team
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Knowledge of PMS tools is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
