- Identifying new sales leads and pitching services to potential clients
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with the existing clients and creating new business opportunities
- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential clients
- Contacting potential clients/trainees via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and proposing new business initiatives in conjunction with company's line of products / services
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Meeting and exceeding sales / revenue targets.
