Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Director of Business Development. The Director will lead initiatives to identify and secure new business opportunities, craft and execute business plans, generate leads, and manage high-value client accounts. The role involves negotiating contracts, fostering strong client relationships, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve long-term business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Access to UHNIs & HNIs Circle or Earlier book of business
• Experience in Business Planning and the ability to develop strategic, results-oriented plans.
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation with a focus on achieving favorable agreements and partnerships.
• Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams remotely.
• Experience with luxury services, lifestyle management, or working with high-net-worth clientele is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
