Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Business Development, primarily based in Mumbai with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves driving new business development efforts, identifying growth opportunities, and managing end-to-end business planning and lead generation processes. The Director will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing account management to achieve business growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience by in New Business Development and Lead Generation in regional or gobak CRO
• Strong skills in Business Planning and strategic growth initiatives
• Expertise in proposal development , deal negotiation and client relationship management
• Proficiency in Account Management and client retention strategies
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid work environment with flexibility
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA is preferred
• Prior experience in the Clinical Research or Pharmaceutical Industry is a strong advantage
