Job Description

Join as Head of Brand and build a world-class math education brand from India to the world. This highly strategic role works directly with the leadership, and has a seat at the org level decision-making table. You'll crack business growth through bold brand marketing, driving customer growth and category leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead consumer research to shape new go-to-market (GTM) strategies, product innovations, and compelling value propositions.

- Uncover content insights to fuel performance marketing and optimize customer journeys.

- Spearhead branding efforts and develop a comprehensive communications toolkit to address category triggers and barriers.

- Design and launch brand campaigns that boost consideration, alongside media solutions to expand our customer base.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to align brand strategy with product, growth, and operations for scalable impact.

What We're Looking For

- 8+ years in brand marketing, ideally in consumer tech, edtech, or D2C, with proven success scaling brands in competitive markets.

- Strategic thinker who blends consumer insights, creative storytelling, and data-driven growth to deliver measurable business results.

- Experience in global expansion, rebranding, and multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, OOH).

- Strong leadership skills to build and inspire high-performing teams.

- Passion for education and mission-driven impact; bonus for India-first global scaling experience.
